I’ve been really happy with my experience with Dr. Moon and his team. Dr. Moon is always so kind and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. He actually follows up and takes responsibility throughout the entire process. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care. I’m doing Invisalign here and have been really happy with my experience so far. The new office in Issaquah is also really nice. Compared to the Factoria location, I love that the treatment rooms are separate and much more spacious and comfortable. It feels clean, private, and less crowded, which makes the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moon and his team!

Dr. Moon is fantastic! He’s genuinely friendly and takes the time to make you feel comfortable at every visit. On top of that, his prices are very reasonable compared to other orthodontists in the area. It’s rare to find great care that’s also affordable. Highly recommend Dr. Moon to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

I recently visited this orthodontic office to get a new set of retainers, and I had a great experience. Dr. Moon was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was especially impressed by their modern technology—there was no need for traditional molds. Instead, they used a quick and comfortable 3D scan to create my new retainers. The office itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who combines excellent care with the latest technology, I highly recommend Dr. Moon and this office.

I would highly recommend Dr. Moon for any orthodontic work. He’s easygoing, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable from the start. As an adult getting Invisalign, I felt nervous about the process but he eased all my concerns and answered my many questions. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and even recently got braces so he can understand what his patients are experiencing. I’m very thankful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend him for anyone seeking orthodontic care.
